Cuba
We didn’t set out to make a blog. In an attempt to remember what happened each day and to keep our worrying parents updated on what we were up to, we wrote daily updates on Facebook. Some of these posts are better than others. We are going to use these posts during these sections. This will allow you to read what it was like without the benefit of hindsight!
Cuba Trip Report (Trip overview)
My family of six (4 kids ages 10,8,6,1) spent 12 days in Havana Cuba.
Day 4: Castillo De Los Tres Reyes Del Morro
Visited Castillo De Los Tres Reyes Del Morro built by the Spanish in the 1700s. Stayed for their ceremonial nightly cannon firing at 9 that has been going on for 100s of years.
Day 6: Cueva de Saturno
Out of Havana to swim in a cave and spend the afternoon at a beach.
